Leaked gatecrash picture

       Here is a leaked picture of Borborygmos Enraged. Personally, I think eight lands is too expensive. But still, he will get lots of play, possibly not even in Gruul decks. He could work well in red-green agro decks. I like his ability but this means you will have to add things to your deck that are not really that necessary so you can put them in your graveyard, dealing 3 damage to a player or creature.

Gatecrash Pre-release: Simic

As mentioned in my previous post, Simic is one of my favorite guilds. The game mechanic has not been revealed, but like before, it will involve lots of +1/+1 counters. It is also reported that players will also have the chance to gain control of opponents' creatures. If you like powering up your creatures and pissing off your opponents by controlling theirs, Simic is the guild for you!

Gatecrash Pre-release: Dimir

Gatecrash's Pre-release is only two months away! Personally, I like the Simic and Dimir guilds the best. In fact, the game mechanic for Dimir has already been revealed. The guild's mechanic is obviously mill. But how is it different from the mechanic from the original Ravnica? The Gatecrash Dimir mechanic is as follows: Whenever a creature deals combat damage to a player, that player discards that many cards from their deck. We actually have a card that already does this. That card is Crosstown Courier from Return to Ravnica. I have also heard rumors that Chronic Flooding is going to be reprinted. All I can say is that there better be a few cards making creatures unblockable. If not, it would actually be much easier if a couple blue-black creatures could not be blocked.
